Open questions :
1. For your opinion, as a staff do you think that the system will help you in your daily work easier? (Staff)
Yes, because staff no need to do much of work.
2 Describe the monitoring process that is available in your current system.(Supervisor)
The process that available in our system right now are customer tracking,ordering process,display menu and payment method
3. What are your goals for the future? (Manager)
a. To ensure all staff understand to use this system.
b. To ensure the system are easy to use, understandable, familiarity an flexibility.
c. To ensure the food ordering system is safe and secure.
4. What are some of the common data entry errors made in your services? (Staff)
Most of the error occur are in payment method ,where the buffering took too long and sometimes it denied that transaction and deduction still occur.
5. Do you think that the current system is efficient enough? Why? (Admin)
Not much , because the layout of the system are a bit difficult to understand and the arrangement in each category are disorganized.

1. Do admin has any privilege in the system? (Admin)
Yes, because admin has a right to access control.
2. Did the customer satisfied with the current system? (Manager)
Of course because the system has an excellent performance.
3. Does the current system is efficient enough? (Staff)
Totally yes because it helps customer to order their food easily.

I was looking for the system to respond on time
