Lab 6

Instruction: Answer all questions and post to the class’s blog.

Each group will be the CUSTOMER and the DEVELOPER

As a Customer. (GROUP 4)

a. Think one software to be develop.

    Library System

b. List a stake holders involved.

    - Admin

    - Student

    - Lecturer

    - Librarian

As a Developer. (GROUP 4)

Create a formal Interview to the stake holders.

a. Write  at least 5 closed questions

1. Whether as a student, we get a student card for a book loan session?(Student)

    - Yes

2. Is it hard to find a book in the library?(Student and Lecturer)

    - No, because all the book arranged according to the category

3. As an admin, are the new system is reliable and can be trusted? (Admin)

    - Yes, because it make easier for admin to know borrower details,borrow and return date

4. As the lecturer, is there many source in the library that can be used to teach your student? (Lecturer)

     - Yes

5. Can you list all information that you must manage? (admin)

    - Title of book

    - Date of borrow and return

    - Name borrower

    - Student card

b. Write at least 5 open questions

1.  As admin, Are the system borrowing system is important to library and why we need that system?

    - The system is important because we need this system to manage all the activities and to make sure all book will be return on time

2. Why we need to use the new library book management system? (Student)

    - want to improve our management because the old system not easy to use

3. As the librarian, is it easy to record the borrower information and explain about it?  (Librarian)

    - Yes it is easy because before student borrow the book,we must key in their information first

4. As the user, did you have any problem to find the book that you want and explain about it?(student and lecturer)

    - No, because all the book arranged according to the category

5. Is you always use the library to teach your student and why?(lecturer)

    - Yes because at the library student can find all the resource
